Pomegranate & Coconut Snaps




Now I have never been hugely into chocolate but when I do endeavour its often dark. I love this recipe, its quick ,easy and you can mix it up with various toppings. Ideal to keep in the fridge and go to for that sweet tooth top up.



Ingredients


- 4 Tablespoons of Vita Coco Coconut oil
- 3 Tablespoons of Honey
- 4 tablespoons of Cacao Powder
– Dried coconut Flakes
– Pomegranate Seeds

Method


- In a saucepan mix together the Coconut Oil, Honey and Cacao Powder, stir util smooth on a low heat

- Line a flat baking tray with greaseproof paper

- Pour the mixture over the lined tray and even out

- Sprinkle the pomegranate seeds and dried coconut flakes over

- Freeze for 10 minutes

- Take out and break into pieces

Store in the freezer.
